Our Story
Our team, with a collective wealth of 50 years of experience, witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by students and families. Neglect weighed heavily on their shoulders, affecting not only their livelihoods but also their very sense of self-worth. Eighth graders stumbled over words they couldn't read, while high schoolers grappled with fundamental math concepts.
In the midst of overwhelmed teachers and scholars left to fend for themselves, a silent crisis unfolded. The system, as it stood, failed to provide the necessary guidance. And then, as if fate had a cruel sense of timing, Covid arrived, exacerbating the disparities.
But hope flickered in the darkness. Our organization, TRD, emerged with a singular purpose: to bridge the gap. We recognized that underprivileged and underserved students needed more than just textbooks and lectures. They needed resources that empowered them to shape their own destinies. 🌟

What does it mean to B.E.T. on you?
B.E.T. stands for Belief, Effort, and Time, and these three elements are pivotal in achieving and sustaining growth:
Belief
Belief in oneself and one's goals is the foundation of success. When you believe in your capabilities and the possibility of achieving your objectives, you create a positive mindset that breeds confidence.
Effort
Success requires perseverance, attention to detail and repetition of concentrated energy towards a goal. Diligent and consistent effort enables you to progress and reach your desired destination.
Time
Success is often a gradual process that unfolds over time. Effort must be put in over a period of time to provide opportunities for growth, learning, and refinement of your strategies.
